The Tatra 603 is a distinctive automobile produced in the former Czechoslovakia by Tatra, one of the oldest vehicle manufacturers in the world. Production of this model began in the mid-1950s and continued until 1975. The Tatra 603 was built primarily for government officials and the political elite during the country's communist era and symbolized status and prestige.
